It depends on the plan and what plugins/mods you’re running. As a general guide, a small server (4–6 GB RAM) can usually support around 10 players smoothly. Larger plans can handle much more, especially when optimized.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my server later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and there are no extra fees or hidden costs for doing so.

Is there DDoS protection?

Yes! all Minecraft servers are protected by Callisto Shield to keep you safe from attacks.

Do I get full file access?

Absolutely! You get full SFTP access so you can upload worlds, plugins, and configs whenever you want.

Can I schedule backups?

Backups are automatically taken every 12 hours and stored off-site. You also get 4 free backup slots included.

What game panel do you run?

We use Aurora Panel — our own custom-built control panel. It's the simplest and most powerful Minecraft panel available, and it's included free with every server.
